  • 200g assorted cheeses (such as mozzarella, provolone, and cheddar), cubed or sliced

  • 1 cup marinated vegetables (such as roasted red peppers, artichoke hearts, and marinated mushrooms)

  • 1 cup mixed olives (such as Kalamata and green olives)

  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes

  • 1/2 cup fresh basil leaves

  • 1/4 cup roasted nuts (such as almonds or walnuts), optional

  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze, for drizzling

  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil, for drizzling

  • Freshly ground black pepper, to taste

  • Toothpicks or skewers, for assembling


  • Prepare Ingredients: Gather all the ingredients and arrange them on a large serving platter or tray, keeping them separate.
  • Create Base: Start by arranging the assorted cured meats in a circular shape on the platter to form the base of the wreath. Overlap the slices slightly to create a full and festive look.
  • Add Cheeses: Next, add the assorted cheeses to the platter, tucking them in between the slices of cured meats. Make sure to distribute them evenly around the wreath.
