Today we are sharing a new smoothie recipe, shared in a new way. Our lime berry smoothie parfait gets served in a jar making it a bit more fun for the children to enjoy. You can really layer it however you’d like. I choose to keep it simple, granola, and fresh fruit is all I use to top this tasty smoothie. Feel free to also add chia seeds, hemp hearts, nuts, chocolate, or coconut chips.
Aren’t those little hands with chippy nails in the picture just the cutest? Those are my daughters, Aubrey, who after using her as a hand model, also did the taste test. Gladly it was a success, she loved the smoothie! Yay! Kid approved! Hope you get the chance to try it!

- 1 cup fresh or frozen raspberries
- 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
- Juice from 1 lime
- 1 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- ¼ cup water
- fresh fruit for topping
- Add all ingredients into a blender, except water. Once smooth, decide if you'd like to add the water for a less thick consistency, or else leave as it.
- Assemble your parfait in a jar, first with the smoothie, then granola, then top with fresh fruit. Enjoy!
